Frank joined the Board of Solimar Energy on 29 June 2007 in the role of Non-Executive Chairman. Frank is a principle of MDB, an Australian accounting firm. He is an accounting and management services specialist and advises many large private organisations. Frank is a Fellow of the National Tax and Accountants Association and a Member of the NIA and a registered Tax Agent. Frank was also a founding director of Orchard Petroleum Limited, a company whose primary involvement was oil & gas exploration in California, USA.

He is also a director of Golden Gate Petroleum Limited, which also specialises in oil and gas exploration, concentrating on oil and gas lease tenements in Padre Island, Texas, USA. Frank was previously the Non-Executive Chairman of Golden Gate Petroleum Limited. Frank resides in Melbourne, Australia.

Ryan is Vice President with theVancouverB.C. private equity group Second City Capital Partners, and its affiliate, Gibralt Capital Corporation. Ryan is heavily involved with the acquisition and divestiture of portfolio companies within the resource sector. Previous to Second City Capital Partners, Ryan worked in the debt capital markets, with exposure to corporate banking, leveraged finance and loan syndications. Ryan received a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from theUniversityofCalgary. Ryan is a director of Alston Energy Inc. since August 2012 and was recently appointed a director of Cardero Resource Corp He was previously a director of CanRock Energy Corp from October 2011 to August 2012.

Mr Mark Elliott

Mark has over 27 years experience in owning and running private companies in Australia and in the USA. He has extensive experience in the resources sector through investments in companies involved in that sector. He is a director of several private companies which predominantly relate to his private family business that cover building and construction, stone restoration, manufacturing of stone products and property developments. Mark resides in Melbourne, Australia.

Dr. Charle Gamba MSc, PhD (Geology)

Charle is the President, CEO and a director of Canacol Energy Ltd. ("Canacol"), a Canadian-based oil company focused on exploration and production activities in Colombia, Guyana and Brazil. He is a current director of Gallic Energy Ltd. and past Vice President of Exploration for Occidental Oil and Gas Company (Oxy) in Colombia. Charle was also the Chief Geologist with Oxy in Ecuador and Chief Geoscientist for Oxy in Qatar. He is a geologist with almost 20 years of multidisciplinary experience in the oil and gas industry in Latin America, Middle East, North America, and South East Asia with Occidental Petroleum, Alberta Energy Company (EnCana), Canadian Occidental (Nexen), and Imperial Oil. Charle resides in Houston, Texas, U.S.

Jason is a Director of Canacol. He is the CFO and a Director of MENA Hydrocarbons Inc., an international oil and gas company. Mr. Bednar is the former CFO and Director of Sagres Energy Inc., an international oil and gas exploration company. He is the Chairman of Gallic Energy Ltd. Mr. Bednar is the former CFO of Pan Orient Energy Corp, a South East Asia Exploration company (2004 to April 2009). He is the past Manager of Financial Reporting for Canadian 88 Energy Corp. (1998-2002) and former Controller of Canadian Superior Energy Inc. (2002-2004). Jason resides in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Will Satterfield, BS/MA (Geology)

Mr Satterfield is a highly experienced petroleum geologist and oil company manager who is an expert on the oil producing conventional and unconventional (oil shale) reservoirs of the San Joaquin Basin. His immediate past job was as Country Manager in India for the London Stock Exchange listed Hardy Oil and Gas Inc., where he was responsible for a business with operated production of 3,500 BOPD and a staff of 35. His role at Hardy also involved corporate disciplines such as regularly assisting the CEO in communicating company results to the Hardy Board and investment community.

Previously, Mr Satterfield worked for 21 years in various world wide technical management positions with Occidental Petroleum. His immediate past role with Occidental was with subsidiary Vintage Production as Geosciences Manager for central and southern California based in Bakersfield, the oil services capital of the San Joaquin Basin. In this role Will lead multiple exploration and production teams which during 2009 – 2010 realised significant reserve additions in conventional and unconventional reservoirs. He was also co-lead for a regional Monterey Shale unconventional oil and gas program involving production enhancement from pre existing fields and expanding the plays into new areas via 3D seismic and exploratory drilling.

Chris Bowyer BCA, BA, CA (New Zealand)

Chris is a chartered accountant with 16 years' experience in public practice and the private sector. He was also the Company Secretary of Golden Gate Petroleum Limited and Orchard Petroleum Limited, which was listed on the ASX before its takeover by Eskdale Petroleum Pty Ltd in March 2007. Chris is an employee of MDB, an Australian accounting firm. Chris resides in Melbourne, Australia.
